Linda P. Bower

Linda received her J.D. from the University of Colorado in 1988. Prior to joining Rutledge Law Office, she served as a Colorado Assistant Attorney General in the Water Rights Section. In addition to being a trained mediator, she has extensive experience in representing ditch companies, state agencies, developers and farmers in a variety of water court matters. Linda is an active participant in the Thompson Valley Rotary Club and King of Glory Lutheran Church. She enjoys spending time with her family, and feels privileged to serve clients in the community where she raised her children.
